Our coworking space offers shared equipment and amenities for a comfortable working experience, including access to high-speed internet and meeting rooms, providing opportunities for residents to work together and potentially create new collaborations.

An accessible laundry room is provided for our residents, which is designed specifically for practical use and equipped with washing machines, dryers, and folding tables. The laundry facilities are regularly maintained and kept clean for the convenience of all users.
Bike-friendly
Individual bike parking is provided in the coliving space, which can be rented by residents. The location of the coliving space allows for easy access to restaurants, bars, and metro stations by bicycle.

Our coliving space has a cinema room with comfortable seating, high-quality audio and video, perfect for residents to unwind and enjoy Netflix together.
Private Shower
We provide individual showers in each room for residents’ privacy and comfort, with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene maintained to ensure a healthy and comfortable living environment that meets guests’ expectations.

Comoon House provides residents with several shared areas, such as a living room, beautiful garden, and dining room. These areas are cleaned and maintained regularly, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free living experience.

Comoon Space boasts a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, complete with individual storage areas for each resident. The cook-and-share kitchen provides a great opportunity for residents to socialize and prepare meals together.

Our fitness gym is fully equipped with treadmills, benches, bars, free weights, weight machines, resistance bands, cardio equipment, yoga mats, and exercise balls to provide a well-rounded workout experience for all residents.
